I live in a basement suite that doesn’t have much for windows. It can still feel like winter, even on the longest day of the year, like yesterday.

While at Canadian Tire, I had a brainwave that I should fill up my kitchen window frame with some mirrors.

It works pretty well so far, and I am happy with how much more light is being let in.

I normally hate motivational speeches. Most of them are filled with too many analogies that are taken too far, and contain little substance.

On the other hand, this short clip by John Cleese is definitely worth a watch. He briefly describes his creative process, and shares a few tips that are actually feasible to implement.

Ok, I know this post will seem random, but if you have used either one of the products that I will talk about below, you would understand.

I used to think that the XLERATOR was by far the best hand drier on the market. When I lived in St. Andrews, Scotland, there were a few pubs in that city that had XLERATORS and I would give them my patronage solely due to the fact that they had XLERATORS.

Today, I used a new hand drier that I had never seen before. It was so awesome that I had to take a picture of it after using it. It is called the airblade and it’s made by dyson. It is “the only hand drier that literally scrapes water from hands.”
