Remember Google Wave? I was super excited when I got my invite. Actually, I still have invites left if anyone wants one..haha. I started several waves my first day, and did interact with a few people. Within a week of signing up and using it, I don’t think I’ve ever used it again. It’s not even in my bookmarks anymore, since I did some spring cleaning on those a few days ago.
Does anyone out there still use Google Wave?

A lot of people don’t understand what Google Wave is, and that’s the problem. Most thought it was going to be a big social network like Twitter or Facebook.
But it’s not, and it never was intended to be.
It’s a collaboration tool.
Google Wave wasn’t made for the masses, it was intended more for the corporate world, where collaboration between employees is common place. The old way of sending out emails and passing around replies just doesn’t work very well to get much work done, efficiently.
Now, what use can it be to you?
How about if you and a few bloggers were to get together and use Google Wave to plan and write articles? You could all work on a single article together, in real-time, You can discuss it, divide the work, post notes, write, edit each others work, and when the article is finally finished, copy it to a blog.
Can you think of a better way that 2 or more people could work on the same blog article at the same time, together?
