The new search engine, Cuil, has had a hundreds of redundant stories written about it in the last week and I’m jumping on the bandwagon. I still don’t understand what all the fuss is about, as it is a terrible search engine. It has been produced by a few ex-google employees and is backed by lots of VC money.

I searched for the term “BMW M3 E92″ just to test out the new search engine. I was extremely disappointed  when I was presented with this screen below:

Google, however,  was able to find 1,180,000 results for the same term. What’s going wrong here?

tucows-shirtA few days ago, I found this hilarious shirt at the local Value Village, which is rapidly become my favourite store. Most of my current wardrobe is from either Value Village or the Salvation army. This yellow gem is not a bad addition for $3.99.

The shirt highlights the main reason why I do blog: to be heard.

If you can’t read the quote on the screen:

Blog blog, bloggity blog, blog bloggity, blog, Moo

Also, last winter I found an awesome liquor dispenser, that has since seized up, but we were able to have one bottle of fun out of it first. I think the problem is that we put fireball in it. I am guessing that the sugar in the fireball seized it up.

Yes, me and my housemates just bought a car. It’s a 1985 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight. Pretty nice eh?

I think that we got a great deal, as we only payed $150 for it. As you can see, we’ve already given it a custom paint job. I think that brought the value up to around $2500. There is definitely more to come. We’ve only had the car for a few days and this is what it looks like already.

Check out some pics below. Sorry for the bad quality. The batteries in my camera are dead, so I had to use my phone.Black PwnageBlack PwnageBlack Pwnage

I posted this video a while ago, but I recently found the full version. It’s amazing how much they get right.

My Macbook is almost approaching its second birthday and it has generally treated me well. Apart from the power cord, I haven’t had any physical problems with it.

Recently, however, the battery has just died. It no longer charges and the computer dies as soon as I unplug it. I have been searching throuh various forums, but none of the solutions that I have tried have worked.

Any body have any ideas?

I am not normally into art at all. I have actually even been known to call it evil after a few beers. Nonetheless, I have added an art category to this blog, due to this post.

Here is a photo I did when I was bored. I don’t remember where I got the idea from, but I’m pretty sure that I’m not the first do do it.

I have an HTC Touch, which is pretty much an iPhone, without the cool factor. Here is my artsy photo, that I took with my HTC Touch.

I call it “eyePhone”
